Schaumann – Brief Overview
Our overall objective is to exploit the group’s unique expertise to generate competitive revenue based on a conservative risk policy which benefits our customers, collaborative partners, staff and shareholders.

Schaumann Properties A/S employs more than 30 people in its property development and investment companies in Denmark, Germany and Finland.

• Substantial top and bottom line growth since inception
• Completed and re-sold almost 20 property projects
• Almost 20 projects under construction
• European property investments to the tune of DKK 3.5bn
• Financing of more than DKK 485m via property bonds

New on the Nordic Stock Exchange in Copenhagen
At the beginning of 2006, the listed company Akademisk Boldklubs Fodboldaktieselskab was acquired by the Schaumann Group.

After the acquisition the company changed its name to Schaumann Properties A/S and received additional capital and a new identity.
