We outsource all aspects of the project that do not require our own creative, innovative and project management skills. For instance construction, letting, sales, contract drafting, planning and preparation of promotional material.

We work together with architects, engineers, land surveyors, turnkey contractors, utility companies, lawyers, real estate agents, advertising agencies and many other partners. Outsourcing provides us with the flexibility and capacity to quickly adapt to changes in working conditions.
