The Schaumann Group invests in real estate in various selected European countries through its subsidiary Schaumann Investment A/S.

Sound Investment Policy
All our property investments are based on a sound and stringent investment policy. Our investment strategy builds on the security, cash flow and development potential of the properties.

Financing
Bank loans and structured equity products, including property bonds and shares, finance many of our property investments.

In future we expect to be able to offer these products to a larger group of investors. In some cases, it will be possible for an individual investor or a limited number of investors to buy/hold shares in a property company and build up a property portfolio together with us.

Short Chains of Command
A short chain of command enables us to respond quickly to interesting investment opportunities.

Outsourcing
In order to be as flexible as possible and to control costs we aim for economies of scale and outsource where suitable:
